Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped

Directions:
Cook broccoli using pkg. directions; drain. Combine broccoli, soup, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise and onion in bowl; mix well. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
