Ingredients:
1 slice of ham, 1/2" thick
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk

Directions:
Cut ham slice into pieces. Arrange layers of ham, potatoes and onion in a buttered casserole. Season. Add enough milk to cover. Bake at 359 for 1 hour.
