Ingredients:
2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix above ingredients with tablespoon. Coat hands with flour and spoon dough into your hand and roll biscuits in palm. Place on greased pan and cook about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 10 to 12 biscuits.
