Candied Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 medium-sized sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice

Directions:
Cook potatoes till soft, but not mushy.
Remove skins and cut in half lengthwise.
Arrange in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt. Heat together the butter, honey and orange juice.
Pour this mixture over the potatoes. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
