Caramel Icing
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. flour
1 stick margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbs. flour

1 small can evaporated milk
Directions:
Brown 1/2 c. sugar in iron skillet. While this is browning, add all other ingredients in a thick cooker and bring to a boil. Mix browned browned sugar and let it all cook together 2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat till ready to put on cake.
