Chocolate Icing
Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
3 Tbs. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except vanilla. Cook 3 minutes; remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool. For fudge candy cook 5 minutes.
