Cheese-Stuffed Patties
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt Dash pepper
American cheese, shredded
Chopped onion
Bottled barbecue sauce
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Mix ground beef, salt, and pepper. Between sheets of wax papee, roll out patties 1/4" thick. Center half of patties with small amount of cheese, onion, and barbecue sauce. Top with remainiong meat patties; press around edges to seal. Grill over medium-hot coals about 7 minutes. Turn meat; grill 6 to 7 minutes more. Makes 3 burgers.
