Cheeseburger pie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbs. bottled Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. piecrust mix
1/2 c. process cheese spread ( from an 8 oz. jar)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbs. bottled Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. piecrust mix
1/2 c. process cheese spread ( from an 8 oz. jar)
Directions:
Mix ground beef lightly with egg, sour cream, rolled oats, seasoned salt and Russian dressing until well-blended. Prepare pie crust mix, following directions. Roll out half to a 12" round; Fit into a 9" pie plate; trim overhang to 1/2". ( I use ready made crust) Pack meat filling lightly into shell; spoon cheese spread over top. Top with pie crust. Trim overhang to 1/2" ; turn under, flush with rim; flute. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Cut in wedges.
