Chicken Cordon Bleu


2 whole boneless skinless chicken breast, halved
4 slices ham, thinly sliced
4 slices swiss cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 c. bread crumbs


Pound chicken breasts thin, layer ham and cheese inside breasts. Roll up and secure with toothpicks, if necessary. Dip into bread crumbs. Place in pan. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. You may drizzle margarine or oil over top of breasts.
