Ingredients:
1 9" pie crust, unbaked
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. chopped onions, cooked
1 c. minced clams, drained
12 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Clam juice

Directions:
In uncooked pie crust layer potatoes, onions, clams, chopped eggs and clam juice. Repeat layers twice, ending with eggs and juice. Cover with vented top crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350. Bake 1 hour.
