Mexicana Brunch Pie
Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) carton cream-style cottage cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into a well-greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350, and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
