Coconut Cream Eggs
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. 10x sugar
1 jar (7oz.) marshmallow creme
14 oz. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add marshmallow and coconut. Form into egg shapes. Dip in chocolate.
CHOCOLATE DIPPING:
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave at low setting for 2 minutes a pound. If chocolate is over cooked add a few drops of vegetable oil and stir.
