Coconut Eggs
Ingredients:
2 lb. 10x sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
2 sticks butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. 10x sugar

Directions:
Mix all together well. Chill in refrigerator until you can roll a small piece into egg shape. Leave in a cool room until they are set and firm. Then dip into melted chocolate.
