Corn Bread
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 Tbs. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Grease 8 or 9" square pan. In medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients just until smooth. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake at 425 for 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
