Cornburgers
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. chopped onion
2 Tbs. green pepper
2 Tbs. bacon fat
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. diced celery, stewed in water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbs. butter
2/3 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper in fat. Add ground beef; brown. Add corn, celery, salt, pepper, milk and egg. Pour into buttered casserole; sprinkle with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
