Crab Bisque
Ingredients:
2 lg. cans evaporated milk (12oz.)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar (4oz.) pimientos
1 can Niblets corn
1 lb. imitation crab
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms,(drained)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Whisk together milk, celery soup and mushroom soup in a large pot.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes.
It thickens and gets better as it simmers.
