Crab Stuffed Shrimp
Ingredients:
1 Tbs. butter
3 green onions finely chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 1/2 tsp. heavy cream
1 Tbs. dry mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. fresh parsley leaves
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 lb. crab meat
12 slices bacon, halved
1 egg
1 Tbs. butter

Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. fresh parsley leaves
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 lb. crab meat
12 slices bacon, halved
1 egg
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and cook onions, green pepper and garlic powder until peppers are limp. Place in a mixing bowl and add cream, mustard and cayenne pepper to sauteed pepper, mix well. Add cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley and lemon juice. Mix well. Gently fold in crab meat.
Split shrimp down the center to tail. Do not cut through. Stuff shrimp. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick.
Brush with paprica and butter. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
