Cranberry Corn Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. veg. oil
1 cup chopped cranberries
2 Tbs. sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the bottom and sides of 8" square pan. Stir flour, cornmeal,1/3 c. sugar, the baking powder and salt until mixed. Add eggs, milk and oil; beat with spoon until mixed. Toss cranberries and 2 Tbs. sugar until coated. Fold into batter. Spread in pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until done.
