Cranberry Loaf
Ingredients:
1 c. whole cranberries
1/2 c. chopped cranberries
4 1/2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk powder
2 c. water
5 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (your choice)

Directions:
Sift flour, measure, sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs and add water; add dry ingredients with melted butter. Add cranberries and nuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
