Cranberry Orange Bread
Ingredients:
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. basking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and soda. Combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
Bake in greased 9x5x3" loaf pan at 350 for 60 minutes or till done. Remove from pan: cool, Wrap; store overnight.
