Cream Cupcakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly and add cream, vanilla and sugar. Beat again until well blended. Sift flour; measure and add salt and baking powder. Sift again. Add sifted ingredients gradually to mixture. Beat thoroughly after each addition. Fill greased cupcake or muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen cupcakes.
