Ingredients:
2 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
12 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Spread cheese in greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Dot with butter. Combine cream, salt, pepper and mustard. Pour 1/2 mixture over cheese. Pour eggs into baking dish. Add remaining cream mixture. Bake at 325 until set, about 40 minutes.
