Delicious Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
6 medium-sized potatoes
1/4 green pepper
1/4 sweet red pepper
5 green onions with about 3 inches of green
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Melt butter in the milk. Do not boil. Grate the potatoes, peppers and onion. Put into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Pour on milk. Bake at 200 to 250 for 4-6 hours. Add more milk if necessary.
