Ingredients:
1 bag bread cubes or one home style loaf of bread, cut in cubes
1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1 stick butter, melted
Dried parsley
Celery flakes, (opt.)
Powdered mushroom, (opt.)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in a casserole. Bake covered in same oven with the turkey for 1 hour, removing the cover the last 15 minutes. Be sure to stir several times.
