Dusted Mushrooms
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh medium mushrooms
2 Tbs. flour
3 Tbs yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. fresh medium mushrooms

Directions:
Cut mushrooms into halves. Dust mushrooms with mixture of flour and cornmeal. Cook mushrooms in butter in skillet until brown. Serve hot.
