Easy Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 whole chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 roll ritz crackers
1 Tbs. poppy seed

1 Tbs. poppy seed
Directions:
Cook chicken and cool. Take off skin, bones and chop. Mix soup and sour cream together and set aside. Crumble crackers to very fine crumbs. Melt butter and pour over crumbs. Sprinkle poppy seeds over top. Place chicken in pan, pour sauce over this, put crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
