carrots, potatoes and onions (judge for the # of servings desired
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbs. tapioca
2 c. tomato juice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 250, 4 hours, in covered casserole; stir after 2 hours, add more tapioca if gravy is thin.
