Egg Balls
Ingredients:
4 hard-cooked egg yolks
4 raw egg yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Mash the cooked egg yolks. Add the raw egg yolks and seasonings. Mix until a smooth thick paste forms. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling soup or broth. Cook a few seconds until egg balls float. Serve immediately.
