Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
3 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. chopped chives
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Combine cream cheese and milk in a small mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well until light and fluffy. Makes 2 cups.
