Five-Flavor Pound Cake
Ingredients:
3 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. shortening
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Lemon flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 tsp. coconut flavoring

1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Lemon flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Directions:
Cream margarine, shortening and sugar thoroughly and until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk alternately. Stir in flavorings. Blend well. Pour into a well greased 10" tube pan and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
Glaze: 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Mix all ingredients. Blend until sugar dissolves. Pour over cake.
