French Toast Casserole
Ingredients:
8 slices white bread
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup

Directions:
Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into 1" cubes. Place bread cubes in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish; top with cream cheese cubes. Combine eggs, milk and syrup in a large bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended; pour over mixture in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and golden. Serve immediately.
