Fresh Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients:
Batter:
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour sifted with 2 Tbs. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Topping:
2 c. fresh fruit (berries or peaches)
1 c. sugar, sprinkled over fruit
1 c. boiling water, on top
Batter:

Directions:
Combine batter ingredients and pour into a well greased baking dish. On top of batter put topping. Bake 1 hour at 350.
