Fried Cabbage


6 c. finely shredded cabbage
5 Tbs. fat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. cream
2 to 3 Tbs. vinegar


Melt fat in heavy saucepan and add cabbage.
Fry slowly for 15 minutes.
Stir every few minutes.
Mix other ingredients and add to the cabbage.
Heat to boiling point and serve.
