Fried Parsnips

Ingredients:

Parsnips
Butter

Directions:

This recipe can be adjusted any number of people. Peel and cut lengthwise 2 or 3 times depending on the size of the parsnips. Boil in salted water till tender, drain well. Brown in butter in fry pan over medium heat until browned on all sides. Serve immediately.
This is my favorite way of serving parsnips.
