German Apple Cake
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs
6 apples, sliceed
Mix that well and lay out a form 8"x12". Slice apples and cover the form.

1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Beat 2 egg yolks with a 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat the egg whites separately. Fold in 1/2 c. sour cream and then the egg whites. Spread that over the apples. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
