Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 c. crabmeat
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tbs. diced onion
1 egg
2 tsp. margarine
Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except margarine and Tabasco in a bowl and mix until blended. Form 4 patties using 1/4 of the mixture
for each. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet and fry patties until lightly browned, turning once. Top each patty with a splash of Tabasco sauce.
