Great Casserole
Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef, cubed
1 lb. pork, cubed
Butter
5 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushroom stems
1 large onion, diced
1/2 c. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown the beef and pork cubes in butter. Add the hot water and simmer. Combine the rice, soup, celery, mushroom stems, onion and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Combine the meat with the soup mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Place in an oiled baking dish. Bake at 350 until well done, about 1 hour.
Makes 8 Servings
