Chicken Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbs. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can chicken and rice soup
1/2 c. soup can water
2 Tbs. parsley flakes
Slivered almonds
1 c. uncooked rice

Directions:
Brown rice in butter; pour into buttered casserole. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour covered at 325 degrees. Uncover 5 minutes before serving; add parsley and almonds. Fluff up and serve.
