Greek Chicken
Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs, skinned
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbs. oregano
Black pepper to tast
2 lemons

Directions:
Combine oil, oregano, pepper and juice of 1 lemon. Marinate thighs in mixture for several hours. Preheat oven to 500. Bake thighs about 15 minutes. Turn thighs and cook until done, about 15 minutes more. Cut remaining lemon into wedges and serve with thighs.
