Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 can vegetable soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 med. potatoes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; mix with soups. Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of baking dish. Pour hamburger mixture on top. bake at 350 for 1 hour.
