Hot Deviled Beef Wedges
Ingredients:
9 small English muffins
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham
1/4 lb. bleu cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Split muffins with knife; toast lightly. Spread with butter while hot. Combine ground beef and ham; spread on muffins. Sprinkle cheese over meat mixture. Broil from 5-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and meat is cooked to desired doneness. Cut muffins into quarters. Makes 72 servings.
