Ham Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf. Put in roasting pan without a lid. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350.
SAUCE:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water
Boil and spoon over the ham loaf.
