Ham Steaks
Ingredients:
3 Tbs. white vinegar
3 Tbs. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. water
2 cooked ham skices (1/2" thick)
3 Tbs. white vinegar

Directions:
In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients well. With a fork. prick ham slices all over. Place in a covered dish. Pour liquid mixture over ham. Cover. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Preheat oven to BROIL. Remove ham from dish. reserving marinade. Transfer ham slices to a roasting pan with rack. Broil in oven 4-5 minutes each side. Baste with marinade during cooking.
