Hamburger-Bean Bake
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
3 medium onions, finely chopped
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
1 beef bouillon cube
1/3 c. boiling water
1 clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbs. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (17 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained

3/4 c. ketchup
2 Tbs. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Fry bacon in 10" skillet until crisp; drain on paper towels. Drain fat from skillet. Cook and stir hamburger, onions and celery in same skillet until hamburger is light brown; drain. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Stir bouillon, garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper and beans into hamburger mixture. Pour into ungreased 2 qt. casserole. Cover and cook in 375 degree oven until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Arrange bacon on or crumble over beans.
