Herbed Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 (3 lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up and skinned
2 Tbs. butter, melted
3/4 c. dry white wine
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried marjoram

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle herb mixture evenly over chicken. Brown chicken, in batches, in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken in a lightly greased 5 qt. baking dish. Combine wine and lemon juice; stir well. Pour wine mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
Makes 8 Servings
