Hot Bacon Dressing
Ingredients:
8 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbs. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add vinegar and water gradually. Pour mixture over fried bacon and cook. (stir constantly until mixture thickens).
This can be used on iceberg lettuce,endive,garden leaf lettuce dandelion, on cabbage for hot slaw, or to make German potato salad.
