Hot Milk Cake
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/4 c. milk
10 Tbs. butter

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs at high speed until thick, about 5 minutes. Gradually add the sugar, beating until the mixture is light and fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder; add to batter with vanilla and beat at low speed until smooth. In a saucepan, heat the milk and butter just until the butter melts, stirring occasionally. Add to batter, beating until combined. Pour into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 35o for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool on a wire rack.
