Lemon Coconut Cookies
Ingredients:
1 pkg Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. veg. oil
1 Tbs. lemon juice
3/4 c. flaked coconut
10x sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with veg. oil spray. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and lemon juice in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until well blended. Add coconut. Shape into 1" balls. Place on cookie sheets 1" apart. Bake 8-10 minutes or until done.
