Lima Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
2 c. frozen baby lima beans
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
In a bowl, combine lima beans, soup, celery and milk. Pour into a greased 11x7x2" baking dish. Sprinkle with the cheese and bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until the bread crumbs are lightly browned.
Makes 6-8 Servings
