London Broil
Ingredients:
1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak

Directions:
Trim excess fat from steak; score steak on both sides in 1 1/2 inch squares. Set steak in a deep bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, and garlic; pour over meat, and marinate 3 hours in refrigerator turning once. Remove meat from marinade, and place on a lightly greased rach in broiler pan. Broil 4" from heat 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. To serve slice across grain into thin slices.
